Terms and Conditions

• 20% VAT applicable to entities based in France.
• Products offered within the limits of available quantity.
• Alcohol consumption is harmful to your health, please drink responsibly.
• Regarding LBG airport, our services are provided 1 hour before and after departure time, any delay will result in a fee of 100€ per additional hour.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure day will be fully charged.
• If the passenger does not show up on the day of departure, the service will be fully charged.
• Full payment requested by bank wire upon reception of invoice.
• Prices are valid until 31 December 2025.
• BACKSTAGE cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic situation or natural disasters.
